Kaigetsu Hotel - Toba

The friendly people made us feel welcome. The location was excellent, with easy access to the station, Mikimoto Pearl Island, and Toba Aquarium. The breakfast was gorgeous, and the ofuro was a nice touch. we highly recommend this place for a good stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem! the location couldn't be better - right next to Toba train station and a stone's throw away from the sea. The room I stayed in had a stunning view of the harbour, which was such a treat to wake up to. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes.

No complaints, everything was absolutely fantastic!

Wonderful room with sea view, quiet, comfortable, clean. Friendly cute by Owner. Unexpected superb onsen on top floor. Great seafood restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was very tasty and the staff provided excellent service. We were also happy with the great location close to public transport and a variety of restaurants to choose from. the room was cozy and it felt like staying in an authentic Japanese house.

Although the room itself was nice, we noticed that the walls were quite thin and we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms. the bathroom was also quite small and felt a little cramped.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to get around. There are also many places to eat nearby, as mentioned in previous reviews. Our room had a comfortable futon and a clean bathroom.

The hotel seemed a bit dated and could use some modernization in terms of amenities.

Ik heb echt genoten van mijn verblijf in dit hotel. De locatie in de omgeving was perfect, want het was gelegen in een geweldige buurt en bood rust en kalmte. Het hotel was brandschoon en ik was onder de indruk van de netheid in de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, het restaurant en het zwembadgedeelte. De faciliteiten waren uitstekend en ik vond het geweldig hoe ruim en comfortabel de kamers waren. Het bed was enorm en zeer comfortabel, waardoor ik heerlijk kon slapen. Gelukkig het ontbijt was geweldig en de keuze aan eten was heerlijk. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en maakte mijn verblijf nog aangenamer.

Er was niets dat ik niet leuk vond.
